About the role
Epiphan is looking to hire an experienced Demand Generation Manager to drive lead generation and build our sales funnel. This role will focus on planning and executing strategies that generate leads, nurture prospects, and optimize the customer journey from initial awareness through to conversion. You will collaborate closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless experience that drives measurable business growth.
This is a remote position.
Job responsibilities
- Create demand gen strategies to generate MQLs and SQLs
- Work with sales and marketing teams to execute the plan using Account Based Marketing, Content Marketing, Remarketing, Ads, and all proven strategies to build a funnel
- Identify key markets, industries, and customers to target with prospecting campaigns
- Build and lead a demand generation team, capable of managing many simultaneous campaigns targeting different industries
- Report on all demand gen activities with target KPIs
- Manage funnel carefully alongside the sales team to ensure all prospects are nurtured towards conversion
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in demand-gen or similar sales leadership role with a technology company
- Demonstrable track record of building and nurturing a robust sales funnel
- Excellent conversational writing skills for ABM campaigns
- Deep understanding of the psychology of how to connect with a prospect using content marketing and great messaging
- Willingness to adopt and learn new tools with a focus on AI and automation
- Strong leadership and communication skills
