Fenwick Hospitality Group (Agricola, The Dinky Bar and Kitchen, Cargot Brasserie, Two Sevens) is seeking experienced sous chefs to join our back-of-house management team.

Fenwick Hospitality Group places a strong emphasis on outstanding service, hospitality and food focused around locally sourced produce. We have our very own certified organic farm in Skillman, NJ, which supplies much of the produce for the restaurants.

Our culinary management team members are responsible for preparing great food for our guests leading to our great experience at our restaurants. They are natural motivators, capable of maintaining a fun and energetic atmosphere while keeping things moving and running smoothly. They demonstrate a keen attention to detail in delivering outstanding leadership to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training and overseeing team members in the execution of our cooking and food prep systems
  • Overseeing the execution of a la carte service and private events
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations
  • Managing unexpected events and employee issues
  • Must have an advanced understanding of professional cooking, knife handling skills, and food safety
  • Be a team player
  • Have 2-3 years of professional kitchen experience
  • Culinary Degree preferred but not required
  • Care about what you do and those around you
