What you will do:
As a Junior Receptionist your primary responsibility is to ensure our clients' callers receive a top-notch service experience. At Abby Connect, each receptionist serves as an extension of our clients' offices, enabling them to focus on their core business activities while we handle incoming calls according to their preferences. Your role is pivotal in maintaining this seamless communication flow and upholding our commitment to exceptional customer service.
Essential Skills:
- Create excellent caller experiences that make meaningful connections with clients and callers
- Be outgoing, professional, and have a friendly personality
- Ability to clearly communicate with diverse audiences via phone and email.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proper grammar, and spelling
- The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment using multiple technologies between two computer screens
- Be able to correctly follow the 4-point visual system and adhere to account instructions.
- Work closely with colleagues and other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of tasks
- Adapting to changes in schedules, account information and priorities as needed
KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators):
- Maintain a call volume of 160-180 calls per day.
- Achieve a consistent metrics score of 85%
- Achieve an average caller hold time of under 30 seconds.
- Maintain a call answer time of 5-7 seconds or below.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Bi-lingual Spanish/English fluent in written and spoken
- 1-3 years in a customer service role in a fast-paced premier setting focusing on a great experience
- Able to consistently handle at least 150 incoming calls daily
- Able to sit for long hours at a time
- Must be computer literate using Microsoft Office, and web-based systems
- Type at least 45 words per minute
- Able to work some holidays
- Willing to submit to a drug and background check
