Must possess a High school diploma or have a GED Certificate. One (1) to two (2) years of related data entry clerical experience or completion of a two year post high school business course; and/or training. Must have ability to gather data, compile information, enter data in a timely and accurate manner, and maintain accurate records of all transactions. Must have good working knowledge of computers and computer programs. Must be able to complete and pass a hand writing and data entry test (8,000 – 12,000 key strokes) as part of the application process. Ability to maintain confidentiality of all matter associated with the organization and any partnerships associated with the organization. Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively work with diverse clients in a high stress environment and be pleasant and professional at all times.
