The Pill Club is expanding, and looking for a full-time experienced Office Manager to oversee all administrative and HR aspects of a fast-growing startup. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with high attention to detail and can work independently but know when to ask for help. You must be extremely responsible and reliable, as you are the key that makes us run efficiently and effectively.
Ideal Candidate Should Be:
Passionate about women's health
Experienced with HR functions
Experienced with the healthcare industry
Highly organized and detail oriented
General administrative support
maintaining and arranging the office layout
Performing in-house payroll with associated payroll tax
Some Accounting/Budgeting/AP/obtaining quotes from vendors as needed
Insurance administration related to claims, employee enrollment, etc.
Filing and retrieving corporate documents, records, and reports
Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail correspondences
Preparing invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents
Reviewing operating practices and procedures to determine if improvements can be made in areas such as workflow, reporting procedures, or expenditures
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of full-time equivalent experience in administrative support/clerical work.
