An exciting opportunity to join a team that is defining how we use analytics to develop insights that transform customer experiences and accelerate business growth. As a member of the Personalized Customer Experience (PCE) program Insights for Action (IFA) team you will be responsible for collaboration with business and technical stakeholders to produce reports and dashboards to drive decision making.
Support the IFA team across Web, Email and Product usage analytics.
Support testing and measurement analysis for PCE concept tests.
Work with data science team to contribute to advanced analytics activities.
Responsible for generating and maintaining PCE dashboards.
Responsible for digging deeper into program and concept test KPIs, understanding context, identifying key insights and making recommendations.
Support concept test teams in determining desired concept outcomes and targeted KPIs.
Build dashboards for concept test measurement.
Must be experienced in manipulating large data sets
Must be proficient in SQL and working with relational databases
Ability to analyze and visualize data in Excel
Experience with developing customer centric and delivery KPIs
Experience with digital customer experience and CRM strategies
Experience with Tableau, PowerBI, or other data visualization tools
Experience with Adobe Analytics or similar web analytics tools
Understanding of marketing frameworks and methodologies
Familiar with digital marketing channels
