We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Fine Dining Server to join our team. Duties
- Greet guests warmly and present menus with knowledge of the menu items.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets fine dining standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns promptly.
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of dishes.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure guest safety.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on menu changes and service techniques.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant settings is required.
- Strong belief in hospitality.
- Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- A passion for the food industry.
- Wine knowledge preferred.
