Job Details:Summary:
The Sr. eGRC Technical Analyst will be responsible for developing the organization’s desired vision eGRC platform, RSA Archer. This individual will help create a scalable and sustainable end product that meets business requirements to ensure a complete end to end solution is delivered. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to ensuring data integrity, system testing, security administration, defect management, and identify enhancements to mature the system to support the OCC and its end users.

Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify necessary system requirements to support the organization’s governance, risk and compliance processes.
Help design, evaluate and execute the Archer roadmap to align OCC’s processes to a user friendly and intuitive platform.
Prioritize and assist in configuring the various on-demand applications as needed by key stakeholders.
Work with the Enterprise Technology Solution’s team to ensure the system is configured properly.
Help define and implement the data architecture and required data elements to provide management with effective and real-time reporting as required.
Help design and implement the logical security infrastructure and manage the access provisioning process with the Security Operations team.
Assist with the integration of Archer with other applications and databases.
Perform system testing as needed to maintain a reliable platform and provide assurance over data integrity.
Assist in the enhancement of the user interface to build an intuitive, easy to navigate and user friendly platform to increase conversion rates.
Provide technical supports and resolution for identified defects and system bugs.
Ensure solutions are developed with an integrated approach and inclusive of participation from all key / affected stakeholders.
Work with IT operations to ensure quality system performance is achieved.
Create detailed documentation and maintain system configuration in accordance with corporate policies.
Lend expertise as requested by senior leadership regarding to data mapping.
Support in-person and virtual training sessions for end users as appropriate.
Provide support on special projects as needed by the Enterprise Risk Mgmt leadership team.

Qualifications/Technical Skills/Education:
Prior experience as an Archer developer/administrator in a large organization.
Experience in successful deployments of Archer.
Experience with implementing custom Archer configurations.
Experience integrating data feeds into Archer and the integration of scanners and sensors to enable data
Worked with the various solutions and applications within Archer.
Working knowledge of implementation methodologies, Agile preferred.
Working knowledge of modern technologies and technical capabilities.
Strong analytical, problem solving, and collaborative skills with the ability to exercise mature and timely judgment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with constant change.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Archer: Prior experience overseeing the administration of items like user accounts, data feeds, workflow & reports, configurations, technical support/bug fix, etc.
Experience with Microsoft Office desktop and server-based tools (MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio).
Experience integrating Archer with other systems/technologies, such ServiceNow or Splunk.
Experience working with databases and managing multiple data feeds.
Bachelor’s degree in related fields (Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Security, or other related disciplines).
5+ years of experience working as an Archer designer and/or administrator.
3+ years of Archer implementation, integration and configuration experience.
1+ years working in Audit, Compliance, Information Technology / Security and/or risk and control related roles.
RSA Archer Developer/Administrator certification and CISA a plus
