A fact-paced South Jersey Real Estate company is seeking an ambitious Marketing/Design/Social Media coordinator.

THIS IS A FULL-TIME POSITION THAT WILL FUNCTION OUT OF OUR OFFICE IN MARGATE, NJ. Please do not apply if you are looking to work remotely.

PRIMARY DUTIES INCLUDE:

- Design digital and print advertisements, including local newspaper spots, postcards, billboards, social media posts and multiple pages in monthly Homes and Land magazine

- Maintain, update and optimize social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest), as well as digital real estate profiles (Zillow, Realtor.com)

- Monitor online presence, including oversight of Google advertisement campaigns and SEO, online reviews and company website

- Stay on the forefront of digital marketing trends, researching and recommending new tactics

- Responsible for any additional graphics and marketing needs as they arise

- Create content for company, including Blog posts and property descriptions

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

- Experience with Graphic Design and creating advertisements on an Apple computer

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Creative Suite

- Familiarity with Mail Chimp and Dropbox is a plus

- Strong writing and communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision

- General office experience, as this person will be expected to help out around the office occasionally.
