Job Description:
We are looking for a full time self-motivated, skilled HVAC Technician for a small but growing metro company that services national and local customers. We are looking for a technician based in southern Minnesota to service southern Minnesota, northern Iowa and western Wisconsin. We have service calls from Winona to Mankato and to Mason City.
Requirements:
· HVAC tech school or 2 years of commercial field experience
· Workday approximately 7 am to 3:30 pm.
· Clean driving record
· Must be able to lift 100 lbs., climb ladders up to 24’
· Eye for detail
· Able to meet deadlines
· Ability to read fieldwork orders
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Able to be on call
· Ability to be an effective team member and display initiative
· Computer skills to maintain jobs on dispatch software
Compensation Package:
· Hourly position with rate of pay depending on experience ($20-$50)
· Company provided van and tools
· Company provided phone
· Medical coverage after 90 days for full time employees
· 24 hours of PTO after 90 days
· 24 hours of vacation pay after 90 days and escalates after 1 year
· 401k eligibility after 6 months with company contributing 3%
