We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing them with excellent service and support. You will assist with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for every customer.
- Customer Interaction: Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email, providing prompt and courteous service.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to accurately answer customer questions and provide relevant information.
- Order Processing: Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and managing exchanges.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales and logistics, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Problem Solving: Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or manager for resolution.
- Feedback Collection: Gather and report customer feedback to help improve services and products.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
