Job Summary

The role of the Receptionist / Guest Services Representative is to offer white glove customer service while also displaying a professional and enthusiastic personality. You will assist our clientele with visitor reception, answering inbound calls, emails and face-to-face interactions by providing prompt, courteous and customer-oriented services to corporate employees and visitors.

We currently have two full-time roles available:

1 - Monday - Friday 10:30 am - 7:00 pm

2 - Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

These roles are temporary and expected to last approximately 10 weeks starting in late August and into November

Job Responsibilities: Have a true passion for helping people through the services we provide, and making a positive difference in the lives of the people you interact with day to day. You will perform services such as:

  • Greeting all arriving employee and guests with enthusiasm and professionalism
  • Escort visitors to appropriate meeting areas
  • Maintain the reception area in a neat and orderly fashion
  • Maintain a working knowledge of building and ability to explain building specifics to guest
  • Responding to emails from employees to coordinate visitor arrivals
  • Answering inbound calls from external customers and connect these to the appropriate corporate contact.
  • Handle calls in a professional and businesslike manner while being friendly and using a high standard of customer service
  • Provide light administrative support to staff
  • Issue facility access cards to employees, assist with scheduling meeting rooms, assist Administration or other departments on various tasks
  • Build professional relationships with employees and other teams
  • Ensuring common space cleanliness
  • Provide uncompromising service to employees by arranging personal and convenience services
  • Project an approachable and professional image at all times
  • Promote meaningful relationships through engaging and informed conversation with employees via face to face interaction, phone and email
  • Maintain a general understanding of local area including parking fees, and public transportation
  • Respond to employee requests in a professional, courteous and timely manner, without exception
  • Collaborate on new ideas and initiatives with team members and your Onsite Manager
  • Able to adapt to schedule changes as needed to ensure appropriate staffing of desk
  • Consistently provide best in class customer service in a fast paced, structured environment
