Trimble is hiring a Business Systems Manager to fill a position in our Advanced Positioning division. This position will be located in the Westminster, CO office.

About Trimble Advanced Positioning

The Trimble Advanced Positioning division consists of highly motivated, globally distributed teams of network and field engineers with GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) and IT backgrounds. The team operates networks of GNSS reference stations and server stacks in several data centers worldwide to deliver Trimble’s unprecedented global real-time service CenterPoint RTX™ along with the well-established portfolio of regional Trimble® VRS Now™ real-time services. These are subscription-based GNSS correction streaming services that are delivered from our server systems via internet or satellite broadcasts and enable our customers to obtain precise GNSS positioning for their needs.

Job Summary

The Business Systems Manager will lead this division to world class, best of breed, customer experience through expert business systems by defining, implementing and supporting the software and e-commerce systems and tools needed to support Trimble Advanced Positioning business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Continuous development of a world class, user friendly, e-commerce solution set
Deployment of systems and tools that advance the business
Harmonization and execution of business and operational processes across the division
Develop talent in the business systems team
Required Skills and Experience

5+ years of experience in a related area such as IS, Business Analysis, Customer Care as an individual contributor - business experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree – major in Information Systems, Business or related technical field preferred
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Success in determining operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, evaluating output requirements, and designing improvements
Demonstrated ability to define project requirements including identifying project milestones, phases, and elements, forming project team, establishing budget, monitoring progress and advising stakeholders, resolving problems, and recommending actions
Experienced understanding the key drivers for customer satisfaction and how to influence them and can uncover customer needs and pair them with appropriate solutions
Ability to collaborate, yet drive to quick conclusion and decisions
Demonstrated ability to affect change, along with leadership skills
