Netsolace is looking for a Manager, Talent to lead Recruiting and Human Resources for all technology entities (Netsolace, Naranga & Broadpeak). This individual will be responsible for all acquisition of talent, development, training, employee relations, coaching, etc. Strong IT Recruiting experience in a Technology / IT environment is a must.
Essential Function and Responsibilities:
Maintain the organization’s staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing interviews; recommending changes
Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs
Manage the performance review process
Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors
Inform employees of available benefits and direct the processing of benefit claims
Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings
Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
Maintain historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records
Maintain professional and technical knowledge
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Other tasks as assigned
Bachelor’s degree in related field required
5-7 years of previous HR management experience in IT environments
In-depth knowledge and experience with Immigration / Visa process and requirements
Startup company experience preferred
Strong technical recruiting skills a must
Ability to communicate effectively with various types of people, be able to multi-task and thrive in a time critical environment.
Advance knowledge of the MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Knowledge of all Human Resources functions with ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, time management, and negotiation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and the Internet
Strict adherence to confidentiality and high ethical standards
