Hiring Requirements, Skills, and Abilities
Basic requirements for hiring consideration include a high school diploma or equivalent, outstanding communication skills, mathematical ability, and team-oriented values to help the store operate at maximum efficiency.
The store clerk must possess the ability to stand, bend, and reach throughout the shift, as well as lifting items ranging from 1 to 20lbs.
