An additional 24 Latin American distributors sell ECHO products through a variety of channels. ECHO products can be found in Home Depot stores in the U.S., Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico.

ECHO Incorporated is searching for an Administrative Assistant to support the Executive Leadership Team and the Corporate Administration Manager with activities related to strategic and daily activities.

Your future responsibilities as Administrative Assistant:
Assist in planning & logistics of large scale corporate events, such as the North American Distributor Sales meetings, Latin American Distributor Sales meetings, Service Managers meetings, ECHO Academy, trade shows, & events.
Assist in planning & logistics of internal and visitor meetings for executive staff. Organize plant tours. Create schedules, coordinate meeting invites, reserve conference rooms, and prepare rooms for meetings.
Oversee hotel contacts, local transportation, local restaurants/caterers and other logistical amenities in support of meetings and events.
Process purchase requisitions for Administration, Sales, Product Management and Service Departments. Manager blanket Purchase Order process.
Provide administrative support for executive staff, especially development of formal presentations, spreadsheets, and reports. Prepare correspondence/mailings.
Administer Business Portal.
Support HQ offices/facilities: supplies management, including coffee station & Board Room supplies & maintenance, mail management, and other tasks as needed to maintain an efficient & organized corporate headquarter office space.
Make travel arrangements and assist with corporate travel programs.
Back-up the receptionist during lunch, breaks, meetings, vacations and sick time.
Perform various other duties and assignments as requested to assist the executive staff and the overall function of their departments and the company.

Education Desired:
Associates Degree required. Bachelors Degree preferred.

Job experience:
1-3 years administrative experience.

Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines, including a willingness to work overtime if the situation calls for it.
