If Customer Service is your passion we want to hear from you! The Customer Service Associate, Dental Claims is accountable for handling customer service inquiries over the phone in a fast-paced call center environment and processing dental claims.
Provides information and assistance to both internal and external customers.
Resolves customer requests, questions and concerns while focusing on customer satisfaction.
Uses technology to process dental claims.
Other additional responsibilities, as required, including: preparing and distributing reports; new hire mentoring; and claim auditing and reporting.
This role requires shift work including: 10am-7pm

High School diploma or GED required
1 year Customer Service/Call Center experience
College graduate preferred
Previous experience within Insurance field, particularly dental
High call volume contact center experience
Ability to Multi-task
Strong typing skills
Proficient in Windows, MS Word and Excel
Attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
