We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a TikTok Creator Outreach Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to TikTok creators via various channels, including commenting, DMs, and email. Your primary objective will be to engage with creators, offer them free samples and prizes, and encourage them to create more content on TikTok. By linking these creators to our Creator Agency Partner, you will help them unlock additional benefits and opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct proactive outreach to TikTok creators through commenting, DMs, and email, with the aim of building relationships and fostering collaboration.
- Offer free samples and cash prizes to creators.
- Offer higher commissions and more product choices to creators.
- Clearly communicate the benefits of linking to our Creator Agency Partner, emphasizing the additional advantages and opportunities available.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the TikTok platform, its features, and the latest trends to effectively engage with creators.
- Track and document outreach efforts, including the number of creators contacted, responses received, and successful linkages made.
- Continuously expand and maintain a network of TikTok creators, fostering ongoing relationships and identifying potential brand ambassadors.
Requirements:
- Active TikTok user with a solid understanding of the platform and its features.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and engage with others, particularly through written communication.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of outreach efforts.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing and an understanding of the value of collaboration with TikTok creators.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to adapt to evolving strategies and objectives.
- Ideally, a substantial following on TikTok is preferred, as it can enhance the outreach efforts and credibility with creators.
Salary and Expectations:
- The position offers a monthly salary of $2000.
