The Project Engineer position serves as an entry-level position. This position allows for “on the job training” of Quality Manager functions and responsibilities, while being supervised by an experienced Quality Manager. The Project Engineer will receive training in all company software, RO Quality Education, OSHA regulations, and all other company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
Assist the Quality Manager with the following:
- Prepare and conduct preconstruction conferences
- Management of the submittal process
- Management of the RFI process
- Field quality assurance
- Project closeout responsibilities
- Demonstrates proper performance of skills and validated by the competency checklist.
- Demonstrates proper performance of skills reflected and validated by the competency checklist.
- Adheres to Rogers-O’Brien policies, procedures, all safety plans, and all standards imposed by regulatory organizations
Skills & Qualifications:
4-year degree paired with relevant working experience.
