Position Overview: We're looking for a motivated Route Sales Representative for the Maryland, Virginia, and D.C. area. You'll sell and deliver our products, build strong customer relationships, and seek new business opportunities. Enjoy a full-time, daytime schedule with weekends and holidays off.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm with a day off during the week. no weekends

Drive Sales & Service Excellence: Manage your route, service current customers, and introduce new products to enhance their businesses. Use your sales skills to identify upselling opportunities.

Strategic Inventory Management: Keep accurate invoices and conduct regular inventory audits. Identify and present additional products and services to customers, and negotiate service renewals to strengthen long-term relationships.

Safety & Compliance: Adhere to safety standards and driving regulations while representing Dempsey Uniform professionally.

Brand Ambassador: Represent Dempsey Uniform with professionalism and integrity.

Minimum age requirement: 22 years for vehicle insurance purposes

Valid driver’s license in good standing with a clean record

Must meet pre-employment DOT physical requirements

Physical capability to lift up to 75 pounds and carry products into and out of customers' locations

Exceptional customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to build rapport and trust with clients

Ability to meet our appearance and dress code policy

High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred; additional education or training in sales or business is a plus.
