Epidemiologic data analyst and environmental epidemiology study manager is needed for a high profile community based study of environmental exposure to water contaminants. The position will involve data management and data analysis for biological, environmental, and questionnaire data from approximately 400 individuals participating in the GenX exposure study. The individual will participate in the preparation of manuscripts, literature reviews, and other activities to support scientific scholarly activity. The individual will also serve as the project study manager and will assist with all regulatory submissions to the NCSU Institutional Review Board (IRB), prepare materials to share results with study participants and the community. The study manager will be responsible for maintaining participant contact lists and tracking study activities to ensure that all elements are completed. The individual will represent the study at meetings both in Raleigh and Wilmington.

Minimum Experience/Education
Graduate work in Epidemiology and Biostatistics.

Departmental Required Skills
Data analysis skills in SAS or R. Questionnaire development in Qualtrics. Experience with scientific publication. Must have excellent communication and organizational skills. Experience and interest in communicating environmental exposure results to communities.
