Charles F. Day & Associates, LLC is accepting resumes for Senior Intelligence Analyst subject to contract award.
Location of Work: Chantilly, VA; Ft Meade, MD; Linthicum, MD; Charlottesville, VA
Clearance Requirement: TopSecret/SCI
Education: Bachelor's degree in Intelligence studies; an accepted substitute will be an additional five (5) years of experience conducting all-source intelligence analysis, and a bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Summary: Provide support to the US Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) Army Research and Technology Protection Center (ARTPC). This program supports the development of security related documentation to include Program Protection Plans (PPPs), critical technology reviews, and threat/mitigation plans to provide risk mitigation across the Army to protect Army personnel, facilities, infrastructure, networks and national security information.
Maintain a full understanding of the traditional and nontraditional foreign intelligence threats that can compromise program information, particularly including cyber threats.
Provide formal intelligence analysis to support the damage assessment on losses of CTI from hostile collection efforts, to include but not limited to cyber incidents involving Defense Industrial Base (DIB) contractors, illicit technology transfers, and other events.
Support the Government by providing recommendations and findings regarding the development and institutionalizing of CTI damage assessment processes and procedures.
Support the Government in the drafting of pertinent Army policy and regulations on the protection of CTI.
Requirements once in the position:
Eight years of experience working multi-disciplinary intelligence analysis within the Department of Defense or Intelligence Community.
Experience with technology protection security and information security policies and procedures.
Experience supporting the damage assessment on losses of CTI from hostile collection efforts, to include but not limited to cyber incidents involving Defense Industrial Base (DIB) contractors, illicit technology transfers, and other events.
Experience in formal intelligence product production and the application of pertinent Intelligence Community Directives (ICD)
Working understanding of computer network terminology and architecture, and familiarity with computer forensic terminology/techniques, and the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) cyber security framework and cyber security standards for DIB.
