This position’s primary responsibility is to ensure the safety and well-being of Honeywell’s Chief Executive Officer. The position will focus on the CEO’s personal protection as well as logistics, residential security, and threat intelligence. The program will also extend services to the CEO’s direct staff to facilitate secure travel, reduced transportation cost, and increase efficiency.
This position will also serve in the capacity of Senior Security Officer at Honeywell Headquarters location assuming corporate responsibility for security execution, escalation, and senior executive notification. This role is crucial in keeping our senior executives informed of ongoing situations and events as well as anticipating information needs and proactively fulfilling them.
The incumbent will be challenged to create contemporary and forward-looking strategies while maintaining service efficiency at or below cost. This position will be expected to have exceptional written and verbal communication skills as they will interface daily with the most senior executives within the company as well as outside board members.
Select, develop, supervise, and motivate competent contractor executive protection agents to act as personal protection to CEO.
Deploy and maintain Honeywell’s Executive Protection Program (EPP) global strategy, ensuring CEO and CEO direct reports are successfully encompassed within the strategic framework.
Manage CEO logistics, leveraging visibility to ensuring a proactive posture to all events.
Active involvement in CEO residential activities including security setup and operation, home maintenance, and family support.
A review of overall travel intelligence and threat information related to the trip agenda.
Maintain coordination and control of all logistical movements during travel.
Open source - daily/weekly open sources searches on the CEO and Chairman, Senior Leadership, as well as Honeywell company looking for potential threat information.
Facilitate a two-way communication strategy with CEO to ensure expectations are consistently aligned.
Required to be on call 24/7.

YOU MUST HAVE
Minimum of 7 years of experience managing executive protection services with multiple principles
Minimum of 3 years of project management experience
Ability to acquire and/or maintain a security clearance
Due to security requirements, must be a U.S. Citizen
Bachelors degree preferred .
Previous law enforcement / military experience.
Evidence of exceptional written and oral communication skills.
Experience leading teams and delivering above and beyond expectations.
Leadership training and certifications.
