This candidate will be responsible for assisting small business clientele with their employee benefit needs including the following:
Manage employee benefits by assisting current and new clients with benefits questions, additions and terminations of employees, compliance, claims, and billing issues to a successful resolution. If necessary, escalate issues to a full resolution.
Manage and Coordinate the pre-renewal and renewal process. Assess and determine client needs and add additional benefits if necessary.
Lead the process for plan implementation. Including communicating with employees/employer, case submission, plan implementation and creating final documents to assist benefit client with payroll deductions.
Prepare Benefits packages for renewing and new clients.
Distribute the appropriate compliance documents to benefit clients.
Manage Front Desk staff regarding duties that they will assist with.
Work closely with Account Executive on ongoing/escalated issues.
Maintain thorough documentation and logging in agency management system.
Work with carriers and carrier reps to learn new products and services.
Maintain a Colorado Life and Health license and participate in trainings and seminars to stay current on laws and continuing education.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
