LeaseQuery, rated #1 fastest growing technology companies at the Atlanta Business Chronicle Pacesetters Awards, is seeking a Digital Experience and Optimization Manager to join our marketing team and help continue to accelerator our growth.

This position will be responsible for acting as the gatekeeper for our corporate website, for our attribution model, data gathering, and assist in implementing online technologies that drive demand, support content marketing initiatives, and optimize conversion rates. In full collaboration of the Digital Advertising/SEO Manager, he/she will maintain our website, coordinate and manage web development, track website performance metrics, and support integration of third-party applications that drive demand. Will ensure the functionality and efficiency of web infrastructure, as well. Will own the digital customer experience.

Enhance and maintain corporate website’s navigation, visitor experience, reliability, security, speed, and performance, under the direction of the vice president of marketing and in alignment with the brand management team/guidelines, and security requirements.
Test websites across browsers, operating systems and devices
Maintain, configure and troubleshoot servers, etc.
Ensure site security by setting up firewalls and login pages
Optimize loading speeds and capacity
Debug pages, fix broken links or images and address user complaints
Update website content
Monitor and analyze site performance (e.g traffic, conversions, SQL’s generated, demos set & run)
Develop in-depth knowledge in tag management for tracking the source of traffic and leads
Utilize Google Analytics to understand website metrics and performance and provide routine updates on performance and trends
Drive Conversion Rate Optimization
Recommend web personalization implementation and maintenance as required
Lead effort to improve conversion from lead to first time customer to repeat customer
Build hypotheses to champion a data-driven, test and learn approach to optimizing user experiences throughout the funnel
Own the agenda for A/B testing and conduct A/B, multivariate and experience tests to continually measure performance
Own and manage the campaign delivery roadmap of optimization and personalization initiatives, ensuring that they’re driving value, innovation and cross-channel alignment with the wider business
Collaborating with our copywriting, design and development teams to create compelling visual and written assets – but also having your own flair of creativity, with the ability to create your own wireframes for testing, based on readily available assets.
Use Google Analytics to analyze user behavior at each step in the funnel (1st visit, repeat visit, conversion, retention)
Understand the difference in user behavior by device type (desktop, tablet, mobile) and traffic source (organic, paid marketing, direct, etc.)
Act as gatekeeper to a contracted front-end and back-end web developer/agency, providing guidance on changes to websites and circulate revisions among key stakeholders for review and approval
Determine how visitors and customers are behaving and identify key priorities for redesign and/or optimization.
Create user experience deliverables including: wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps, user flows, user scenarios, data diagrams, and clickable prototypes.
Leverage website / collaboration development / mockup tools, such as Invision.
Champion the implementation of Content Marketing strategies and best practices
Work with the content marketing team to support and implement top of funnel demand generation website to position LeaseQuery as a leader in lease accounting software
Provided assistance for digital advertising programs, programmatic advertising, and paid acquisition management systems to support demand generation initiatives
Analyze campaign performance, report on results and share learnings with the wider business, helping to drive business enablement
Support and maintain third-party system integrations including, but not limited to:

On-demand Webinars
Intelligent Chat
Content Curation
Programmatic Advertising
Surveillance & Account Based Mktg.
Digital Advertising, Remarketing
Paid Acquisition Management
Tag Management Set up and Maintenance
Interactive / Dynamic Content

Knowledge of basic web standards such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Implementation and Maintenance of Google Tag Manager
Proven track record as a front-end WordPress Web Developer
Proficient in HTML/CSS, XML; knowledge of SQL database, and Javascript is preferred
Working knowledge of website management and performance enhancement tools
Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities
Excellent communication, teamwork skills, attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills
5-7+ years working in conversion optimization or equivalent experience in a digital agency
Intermediate experience with UX design, wire-framing, and usability principles
Expert level experience with Analytics Platforms including Google Analytics, Omniture,
Experience with multi-channel media strategy
