enVista’s Enspire Platform is a SaaS based Order Management, Product Information Management, Business to Business Integration, as well as a Store POS System. It is a one stop solution for the breadth of requirements for a retail or a wholesale player. A Solutions Architect on the Enspire Platform works as a binding factor between various teams: sales, engineering and delivery and projects a single view to the clients. A Solution Architect’s primary goal is to keep the product advancing by incorporating the newest features to the product while ensuring that the features released are working as advertised. A Solutions Architect is expected to have a deep domain knowledge in the retail/supply chain spheres to both help the engineering team build to the future as well as to anticipate/know with reasonable accuracy what the clients will need to make them functional in the real world.
A Solutions Architect provides technical guidance to the project delivery team, product engineering team and the client. He is responsible for all the technical escalations within the project and product feature, the role has an overall ownership of all technical aspects through lifecycle of the client relationship or product enhancement including the maintenance phase. He mentors and provides guidance to project delivery and engineering resources in the team, both onsite and offshore. He is responsible for software development plans with specific focus on quality and delivery efficiency. He participates in design reviews with the client, project delivery team and the product engineering team. He helps in defining Performance and Scalability requirements for the product features being deployed to meet the clients’ peak business requirements. He assists client with infrastructure, interface architecture strategy and plan. He manages the development plan with respect to the skills, resources and the training required to ensure smooth delivery of the product enhancements or project deliveries. He is responsible for showcasing on a monthly basis, the features developed by the product engineering or the project delivery team to the whole company.

Four-year bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field. MBA preferred.
8 years of prior software industry experience required.
Preference will be given to candidates who have strong consulting, product development or product management background in the Order Management (IBM Sterling / Manahattan / Order Motion / hybris), eCommerce technical implementations (ATG / Demandware / Magento Suite), or other related supply chain software experience.
5+ years’ experience working in retail / wholesale / supply chain domain is highly valued.
5+ years of experience leading, building, and developing a project delivery / product management group focused on continuous improvement and productivity initiatives
Abundance of the “Right Attitude”: Must be able to roll up your sleeves and get hands dirty with bug fixes, builds, code enhancements and testing when push comes to shove.
