Summary
Primary responsibilities will be to design and execute test cases for testing POS Systems. Secondary responsibilities will be problem determination, support, and implementation. Development experience with basic scripting languages is a plus. Software experience with FileZilla, JIRA and DOS is also a plus.

Responsibilities

A QA Technician at TRUNO will:
Develop a working knowledge of the 4690 Operating System and ACE as well as other POS Operating Systems and Applications.
Assist in the development of Unit Test Plans to be validated and executed against our POS Products.
Assist in the troubleshooting and problem determination for our POS Products.
Assist in the development of Product Documentation by our Technical Writing Team.
Assist in the development of Implementation and Support strategies for completed products.
Qualifications

A QA Technician at TRUNO should have:
Education

High School Degree or Equivalent (required)
Experience

POS, Back Office, Book Keeping, or Retail Experience (preferred)
Software Testing and Troubleshooting (preferred)
Licenses & Certifications

None
Skills & Knowledge

Good oral and written communication (required)
