The Administrative Receptionist position requires excellent interpersonal skills and phone demeanor, extraordinary client service attitude, and genuine interest in people. This is a warm and friendly, small office environment. Welcome clients/guests in the office and over the phone.
Front of office maintenance and check and sort the mail daily and other duties as needed.
Handle all phones - both incoming and outgoing calls as well as scanning, filing, and faxing
Keeping detailed notes in databases
Team Player with a great attitude!
Requirements for the Administrative Receptionist:
Some experience is preferred
Strong Customer Service orientation with the ability to manage details in a fast paced, multitask environment
Strong written and oral communication skills including face to face and telephone interaction as well as the ability to draft business letters and emails
Proficiency in MS Office products and accurate data entry skills
Inbound and Outbound phone calls
Any knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus!
