Precision of New Hampton is seeking a talented, multi-skilled Handymen with a strong work ethic, and a good overall knowledge of all trades—from Carpentry, Tiling, Painting, and Drywalling to light Plumbing and Electrical. Someone who possesses a strong will to complete all tasks assigned in a timely, professional manner. We need an independent thinker with strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills and a desire to enjoy the variety we offer. This is a full-time roll, where the individual will remodel, and maintain existing rental houses and apartments in the New Hampton area.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform all types of quality handyman repairs
- Carpentry
- Drywall repair
- Painting
- Tile work
- Basic plumbing and electrical
Qualifications
- 2+ years of handyman experience
- Successful prior track record as a Carpenter / Craftsman; estimation skills and prior home inspection experience, strongly preferred
- Own truck or van
- Strong work ethic and professional demeanor
- Excellent communication skills
