Candidates should have familiarity with MA Curriculum Frameworks, modifications and accommodations used to teach students with a wide range of abilities, learning needs and the ability to teach a full range of courses and levels from advanced to remedial; a clinical framework as part of classroom management practices; ability to work with troubled and challenging adolescents. Familiarity with Orton Gillingham approach.Candidates should have excellent written language skills and experience formulating and writing IEPs and progress reports.
