We’re looking for a dynamic Director, Strategy & Client Services to join us and partner with large client companies to develop strategies that tell the story of their employer brand and attract and engage ‘best fit’ employees to their organization.

As a senior member of our Strategy & Client Services team, you will:

Build rewarding relationships with clients, all agency resources/practice teams, and internal team members.

Lead discussions with clients relative to strategy and campaign goals, target audiences, KPIs, outcomes, and next steps.

Direct and collaborate with cross-functional agency resources to plan and implement a wide range of marketing tactics including career websites and landing pages, digital and traditional media, all forms of content marketing, and analytics.

Effectively and efficiently direct media and analytics team to create, place, and manage media tracking tags. Test and monitor tagging regularly. Analyze, respond, and react to performance data/metrics surrounding channel strategies to enhance and improve client presence. Present – and sometimes defend - performance data and concepts at various levels of client organizations.

Continuously look for opportunities to optimize margins for work done on behalf of clients; ensuring the right balance of costs against revenue.

Prepare account forecasts and adjust as necessary on a monthly/quarterly basis.

Manage, mentor, and guide junior team members while working closely with peers to assess and enhance skill level of team.

Requirements

Experience Requirement:
Minimum 8+ years of account management/client interaction, marketing, and project management experience; agency experience preferred.

Ability to understand and identify client issues/challenges and to formulate, execute, and optimize strategies and solutions.

Ability to read, analyze and take action on relevant performance data.

Experience working with programmatic media technologies, and deep knowledge of digital media ROI data reporting & analysis.

Solid financial skills with an understanding of revenue margins and costs and their impact on the bottom line including the ability to read and create spreadsheets.

Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills including ability to comfortably present to peers, senior leadership internally, and with client organizations.

Curious and self-directed with strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to juggle priorities in order to meet client expectations and deadlines.
