Gather data necessary to prepare financial modeling and pro formas for assisting the GBTS Sales and Operations Teams in preparation of proposals
Work as an integral part of a team by understanding what information/data is needed to support financial modeling and coordinating with others including Solutions Architect, Director of Technology and/or Technology Architect, Regional Directors of Operations, Senior VP of Operations, SVP/VP of GBTS Sales and Sourcing Manager
Provide active advice regarding modeling options/creative approaches in the pricing process to challenge assumptions and to achieve the best financial outcomes
Assist Operations Manager’s and/or Regional Director’s in d eveloping financial analysis for existing accounts to expand/upgrade services and renewal of agreements
Expected to uphold the Standards of Service and best practices developed by Epiq

Responsibilities & Essential Functions :
Conduct and develop new and existing business financial analysis for the preparation of services proposals and/or contract renewals
Collaborate with designated Solutions Architect, Director of Technology (or designee), Director of GBTS Sales, Sourcing Manager and others who provide the information for input/financial modeling
Effectively communicate internally and externally to meet required deadlines
Perform in-depth review of RFP pricing requirements for understanding, development and collaboration within the Solutions Design Team, Sales and Ops regarding the GBTS financial modeling solution required for:
Equipment with proper configurations (MFDs, Cost Recovery, Mail, Package Tracking, etc.)
Software/Hardware Solutions
Application of Technology
Coordinate technology related pricing with input from the Director of Technology

Preparation of pro forma for financial input to include:
Prepare initial pro forma and iterate as needed based on solution design workflow parameters and input from project stakeholders
Provide advice and creative pricing options during the iteration process to help get to the best overall solution
Validate all necessary costs and pricing components are included and match the proposal/RFP, including: salaries, equipment costs, service contracts, margin, and start-up expenses
Assist with presentation of the pro forma to Executive Team for approval
Working through the Sourcing Manager, maintain relationship with vendors for up to date equipment and technology offerings and pricing, and actively participate in technical/educational forums and seminars
As requested, perform analysis for existing accounts to expand/upgrade services and renewal of agreements. These may include:
Site financial audits for budgetary compliance with GBTS pro forma and MSA Agreement
P&L reviews for accuracy of revenue reporting from GBTS sites
Pro forma creation for GBTS renewals based on actual P&L statement, remaining equipment obligations/amortization, current labor rates, etc.

Qualifications :
College degree and/or equivalent work experience in a related field is required.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business process outsourcing financial modeling, or equivalent accounting/financial modeling experience
Excellent working knowledge of Office 365 to include MS Excel, Word and Teams
Ability to demonstrate advanced MS Excel skills including formatting and formula creation (including If/Then scenarios, etc.), risk analysis, etc.
