As a Lead Delivery Consultant, you will lead through current workflows, upgrades, system changes and enhancements and ongoing system maintenance. Utilize your expertise to establish best practices for solution troubleshooting, consultation, and knowledge transfer. Cultivate and sustain complex, cross-venue relationships with Children's National to provide appropriate escalation of issues, solution knowledge and engagement support. You will also resolve complex, cross-venue concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance or solution application. As a lead, your knowledge will be vitally important to assume venue coaching responsibility for other associates and develop internal and external resources and tools to deliver problem identification and resolution.

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Mathematics, Business, Communications, Finance, Health Care Administration, or Science; or related field; or equivalent relevant work experience
At least 3 years system management or implementation work experience
At least 3 years health care technology (HCIT) project management, sales, or consulting work experience
Willingness to work in the DC and Silver Spring location
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
Perform other responsibilities as assigned
