Insurance Sales Representative Requirements:

  • Property & Casualty license is strongly preferred
  • Life and Health license is a plus
  • Self-motivated, energetic, compassionate
  • Quick learner, with ability to multi-task
  • 1-2 years of sales experience
  • Demonstrated successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas required

Insurance Sales Representative Responsibilities:

  • Local Networking to develop community relationships, insurance leads and prospects, make needs based sales presentations and close leads
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
  • Meet sales goals and activities established by employer and employee
  • Support policy holders by responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification
