Joining the Team at Avail Outreach will allow you to change the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities such as Autism, Traumatic Brain Injury, Down Syndrome and other related disabilities. As an RBT/Behavior Therapist, you will provide cutting edge clinical skills, instructional techniques and behavior reduction protocols based upon the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to children and adolescents in home, community, clinical, and school settings. As an RBT/Behavior Therapist, you will have the opportunity to execute the Treatment Plan Protocols developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts, effectively and accurately, in order to improve the quality of life of the clients and the families Bending Birch serves in the Denver area.
As an RBT/Behavior Therapist, you will collect data consistently and accurately during all treatment sessions using the most up to date data collection technology and have the opportunity to learn and develop your clinical skills with some of the most experienced Behavior Analysts in the field. You will have the opportunity to communicate clearly, effectively and professionally across all media and with all stakeholders including clients, families, supervisors, peers, and clinical support staff. You will work with a dedicated, collaborative, cohesive team of Therapists and Clinicians who are passionate about the work we do, the impact we make and the development of Therapists like you.
Job Qualifications:
- Current Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) per Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB) requirements, or :
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent 48 semester hours from an accredited college or university or High School diploma or GED-equivalent plus 500 hours of employment providing ABA services as a Behavior Therapist.
