As a Contract Specialist you will be responsible for processing all contractual documents in both the CRM (Client Relationship Management) tool and financial systems for an assigned region. You will also collaborate with Controllers and Project Accountants to ensure billing and revenue milestones are correctly reflected, own assignment and management of project numbers, and ensure compliance with GAAP and quality of documents. As a Contract Specialist you will also be responsible for the overall adherence to Contract Management Office policies and guidelines while meeting the needs of the business and facilitate discussions or decisions regarding contract issues.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business, Finance or related field or equivalent relevant work experience
- At least 1 year of quote or contract management work experience
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
- Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned
