With a focus on continuous improvement and long-term success, in 2020, Corporate HR will be transitioning systems to a cloud-based platform to further progress its agenda.
Partnering with Global Recruiting & Onboarding, the Business Transformation and Infrastructure Optimization team drives consistency and delivers efficiencies through shared services, consistent metrics and technology-driven solutions. The work executed by the team improves Global Recruiting & Onboarding’s ability to support the hiring needs of the business. In 2020, Global Recruiting & Onboarding will be part of Corporate HR’s technology transition to a cloud-based platform.
As part of Global Recruiting & Onboarding’s technology transition, extensive change management including implementing strategic end-to-end readiness, will be required to support the function and its 1,300 employees. The Cloud Infrastructure Change Management Associate will be a key member of the team driving and providing that support.
Provide change management support on the cloud transition initiative
Be a partner in delivering innovative and creative strategies for how to encourage engagement and drive adoption
Develop and execute comprehensive communications and training plans, including designing and writing communications and job aids, and partnering on content development for training materials (e.g., training presentations, promotional videos, training videos)
Serve as a change leader by maintaining change plans, developing business cases where appropriate, understanding stakeholder involvement, providing executive updates, and performing core project management responsibilities for meetings
Escalate risks and remediate as appropriate
Provide ongoing adoption and support post implementation
Four to six years change management or project management experience preferred
Experience driving or partnering on complex cross line of business and/or global initiatives
Ability to use strategic guidance to execute tactically
Ability to deliver results accurately, quickly, and efficiently while adapting to shifting priorities
Ability to establish strong, collaborative relationships with a wide range of stakeholders across the organization
Excellent written and verbal communications skills with a graphical design mindset
Strong attention to detail
Comfortable providing counsel and guidance to other partners when necessary
