We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team!

Materials & Purchasing

  • Purchasing, tracking, and obtaining all materials and equipment required
  • Assist in negotiating prices with vendors/sub-contractors through quotations for material/services
  • Coordinate deliveries, schedules, and pick-ups
  • Maintain & update logs for materials, equipment, submittals, and etc. on a daily basis
  • Assist in tracking project material costs
  • Maintain files of working documents as back-up for estimating database, including current information on prices from suppliers through direct contact, sales brochures, price lists, etc

Project Operations

  • Organize construction documents for Office
  • Manage Laborers and Subcontractors to ensure quality work according to plans and on schedule
  • Prepare material submittals and requests for information
  • Assist in reviewing proposals, specifications, anddrawings to determine the scope of work and required contents of estimate
  • Assist in creating detailed cost estimate based on project scope and takeoffs
  • Assist in developing the scope of work for sub-contractors
  • Assist in Interfacing with Owners, PMs andSuperintendents to provide cost data on design/build estimates and change order preparation


  • Motivated self-starter able to prioritize and manage own workload
  • Enthusiastic, and responsible team player
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal, written, telephone, email
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Detail oriented, logical, and methodical approach to problem-solving
  • Language proficiency in Englishand some Spanish would be preferable
  • Able to read plans. Math competent
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience

Salary: $50,000.00 to $90,000.00 /year
