The Fraud Associate will utilize fraud decisionning software to identify, research, and prevent fraudulent credit card transactions. Cast Member will work as part of a small, close-knit team responsible for supporting risk mitigation strategies by reviewing exception reports and working with business stakeholders to reduce bad debt and fraud losses

As a Fraud Assoicate, you must be comfortable working with all levels of leadership, learn quickly, and be able to master new systems, concepts, and processes with little direction. Candidates should be able to demonstrate a proficiency in Microsoft Office programs with emphasis on Excel and SharePoint. Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, and time management skills are required. Candidates should possess strong verbal, written, and listening skills. Candidates should be team and results focused with an ability to multi-task in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.

Basic Qualifications :
2 years of related experience
Loss Prevention background/experience
Understanding of e-commerce
Security experience with systems and strategies from other Disney lines of business such as Ticketing/Vacation Planning, Disney Reservation Center, Groups/Conventions, Merchandise Operations, or Resort Operations

Preferred Qualifications:
4 years of related experience
Fraud / Risk Mitigation background
Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE)
Experience with internal systems such as LILO, ATS, Matra, Galaxy, TravelBox, VINCENT

Required Education :
Associates Degree

Preferred Education :
Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice, Computer Sciences, Digital Forensics
