Job Description:
Seeking a highly motivated, professional and experienced sales person. This position is designed to market, present, and sell New York Jets Club, PSL and non-PSL Season Tickets to both consumers and companies in the tri-state area.

Job Responsibilities:
Maintain high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls each day
Promote, market, and sell New York Jets Football
Meet regularly with VP of Ticket Sales & Service and Sr. Manager of Ticket Sales regarding progress and strategy for increasing sales
Implement and execute a sales plan to reach individual and department goals
Maintain a constant high level of professionalism and follow up with all potential clients
Actively prospect and research new consumer and business ticket sales leads
Represent the New York Jets organization at off-site community events promoting Jets season tickets
Responsible for the annual retention of your account base by providing superior customer service and developing positive and professional relationships with season ticket holders
Develop relationships through consistent touch points, including but not limited to: outbound calls, personalized letters & emails, servicing inbound calls, seat visits, and any other special meet and greet account holder functions we offer

Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree
1-3 years of sales experience required, preferably in sports or entertainment
Strong oral communication and telephone skills
Exceptional work ethic, strong desire to succeed, eagerness to learn, professionalism, and a passion for the sports industry
Ability to work non-traditional hours
Strong time management and organizational skills. Must be able to manage schedule to achieve daily and weekly goals for calls, appointments and sales
