Goodwill TalentBridge seeks a skilled office administrator to be placed with our client, a global manufacturer within their Oak Creek, WI office. This role will act as the face of the company to all visitors in addition to administrative support and light bookkeeping responsibilities. This is an open ended contract position. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail oriented and motivated to continually learn with great customer service skills. First shift hours, business casual environment. Duties as follows:

Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Purchasing
  • Invoicing
  • Reconciling billing
  • General data entry and bookkeeping
  • Filing
  • Scheduling and organizing meetings (including set-up and clean up)
  • Checking in supplies
  • Test Record Entry/Reconciliation
  • Front desk responsibilities including greeting and checking in visitors
  • Other general office support as needed.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Some accounting/bookkeeping/invoicing experience required
  • Detail oriented and accurate
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, including creating spreadsheets from scratch
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and able to manage calendars and scheduling
  • Excellent communication skills to include written and verbal
  • Must have strong record of attendance and punctuality

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $17.00 to $18.00 /hour
