Prosperity Network of Advisors, LLC is an OSJ with over 150 advisor members and has been in business over 30 years. The Director of Operations and Member Experience is responsible for the delivery of outstanding service to both existing and potential members.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop, execute and enforce policies and procedures to meet the operational needs of the business and to make doing business for our members as easy as possible, while adhering to industry and broker/dealer rules and standards
  • Handle operational issues that require escalation
  • Oversee all member transitions and the transition of their client accounts
  • Track and identify succession and continuity planning needs for members. Assist members in identifying viable successors, as well as execution and documentation of succession and continuity plans
  • Provide networking opportunities among our existing members
  • Oversee online presence of the organization
  • Participate in OSJ events for members and support staff
  • Provide practice management support to members
  • Provide supervision and leadership to Operations Team and Recruiting Team staff
  • Collaborate with and provide support to Director of Compliance and Education in areas of transaction and account supervision and regulatory and broker/dealer audits

Qualifications and Skill Requirements:

  • Securities registrations Series 7, 24 and 63, advisory registrations Series 65 or 66 and insurance licenses for annuity and life insurance
  • Five years of experience in the financial services industry with expert level knowledge
  • Three years of management experience
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Extensive Excel experience
  • Experience with Pershing and NetX360 (Preferred)
  • Ability to make decisions easily
  • Ability to effectively recognize opportunities
  • Effective utilization of resources
  • Ability to manage competing demands and to deal with frequent change
  • Available to travel as needed (travel is typically several times per year but not routine)
