On top of your base hourly rate, you'll have the opportunity to earn additional money based on your performance. Of course, we also offer comprehensive paid training, benefits, and more!
We're open Monday through Friday, so no weekends are required! The call center hours are 8am - 8pm.
Requirements:
· Build relationships with your customers while answering phone calls and emails.
· Wow the customer with follow-up calls
· Grow sales with effective selling techniques
· Ability to type 30 WPM
· Ability to deliver quality, detailed work consistently
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Salary: $17.00 ($18.00 if bi-lingual) and the ability to make weekly bonus.

- Quiet area free of background noise
- High-speed internet (reimbursed up to $60 per month)
- We provide a full computer set up with two monitors.
Availability to work Monday-Friday. The call center is open from 8am - 8pm, and we have flexible shifts within this time frame.
