Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center is an upscale medical spa with 7 locations in the DFW metroplex to service our clients. We specialize in comprehensive care including Bio-Identical hormone replacement therapy, injectables, lasers and skincare.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversight and Supervision:
The Medical Director will provide oversight and supervision of all medical activities performed by mid-level Practitioners (PA or NP) This includes ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, maintaining quality standards, and promoting patient safety. Provide telehealth consultations when needed.
2. Quality Assurance Assessment:
The Medical Director will conduct regular quality assurance assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of our medical procedures, protocols, and patient outcomes. This includes reviewing medical charts, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
3. Collaboration and Communication:
The Medical Director will collaborate closely with our team of healthcare professionals, including Physicians Assistants (PAs), Nurse Practitioners (NPs), and other staff members. Effective communication and teamwork are essential to ensure seamless patient care and optimal treatment outcomes.
4. Medical Expertise:
The Medical Director will provide medical expertise and guidance to our team, ensuring that all treatments and procedures are performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with best practices. This includes staying up to date with the latest advancements in medical spa treatments and technologies.
5. Training and Education:
The Medical Director will be responsible for maintaining their training and education, ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to oversee patient care.
6. Delegation of Tasks:
The Medical Director might delegate tasks to mid-level Practitioners based on their qualifications, experience, and scope of practice. This includes assigning responsibilities, monitoring performance, and providing feedback from case review.
Qualifications:
· Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
· Board certification in a relevant specialty (e.g., Dermatology, Plastic Surgery, Aesthetic Medicine), preferred but not required.
· Active medical license in the state of Texas.
- Experience in a leadership role within a medical spa or similar healthcare setting preferred. · Knowledge of medical spa treatments, procedures, and safety protocols.
· Solid communication and technology skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.
