Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Executive Assistant who has worked for an Advertising Agency or a Start Up company.This person will be supporting 5 senior executives and managing an administrative assistant. Each executive has different level of needs, the CEO has the most complex schedule.

The primary duties for this position will cover travel and calendar management, managing timesheets, expenses. The executive assistant will manage office events, order supplies and be a liaison for building services.

The ideal candidate will have a welcoming, outgoing flexible personality and more importantly well organized hustler because the environment is fast paced .

Requirements

Good communication skills both verbal and written
Strong computer skills
3 to 5 years experience supporting senior executives
Bachelor's degree
