Reports To: Captain (Store Manager)/First Mate (Assistant Manager)

Overview:
As the ultimate representative of vineyard vines style, the Personal Stylist will support the store team to drive top-line sales through personal sales, crew development and community partnerships. When on the sales floor the Personal Stylist will ensure the customer experience supports our brand promise that “Every Day Should Feel This Good.”

Drive Profitable Sales Growth:
  • Generate Sales
  • Supports store to meet and exceed store financial goals and metrics.
  • Leads the store in SPH and SWO sales
  • Partners with management to plan events, including a monthly “trunk show” for new collections
  • Personally drive 10% of total store sales each month through shopping parties, appointment sales, and general floor sales
  • Generate at least 5% of total personal sales generated from Hug Book Clients
  • Schedules a minimum of 10 client appointments per month
  • Plans and holds a client preview party each month
  • Operations
  • Helps maintain a clean and well-maintained store environment
  • Maintains loss prevention awareness at all times

  • Monitoring percentage of store sales generated from Hug Book
  • Leads the store in email capture and educates new crew members on best practices
  • Merchandising
  • Helps to maintain merchandising as it pertains to company standards, current compass, and brand initiatives
  • Contributes to weekly product feedback

Requirements
  • Charismatic personality and a passion for the vineyard vines brand
  • A great fashion aesthetic and knowledge of styling
  • A proven track record in driving sales

  • This is a Full-Time Position. Must be available to work at least 30 hours a week and up to 40 - depending on the needs of the business.
