In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects, developing reporting deliverables and conducting data analysis using SQL, Excel, Tableau, statistical analysis software and other proprietary tools. You will produce established and recurring custom reports for customers, as well as investigate and resolve issues if they arise. You will analyze data and determine conclusions based on your findings. You will ensure exceptional customer experience with internal and external clients by assisting with education on guidelines, background, and best practices. Additionally, you have the ability to communicate complex statistical knowledge and processes to stakeholders, and assist customers in applying basic performance improvement techniques.
Serve as a source of statistical, survey research, and healthcare industry expertise to both internal and external customers.
Background in research or analytics required.
Technical background with an analytical mindset.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
SQL, SPSS, and Tableau experience preferred
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Must have excellent time management and organizational skills and the ability to self-direct.
Bachelor's Degree Required.
3-5 years of relevant experience.
Experience in service or healthcare related industry preferred.
Working knowledge of HCAHPS data preferred.
