This is a full time W-2 position. not 1099.
Pay: $50,000 - $60,000/yr + benefits + performance bonuses.

Candidate must have their own tools and transportation(work truck or van).
Experienced (10 years) tradesperson/handyperson who excels in:
- Carpentry, Wood rot.
- Able to work with a 32' ladder
- Tile
- Lite electrical,
- Lite plumbing,
- Drywall repairs,
- Painting,
- Others skills such as general construction, etc.
- Organization and detail- oriented,
- Ability to work for demanding customers,
- Ability to think on your feet.
Requirements:
- Provide all your own tools,
- Provide a utility van or truck.
- Able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Ability to work in Lake Norman area 7am - 5pm daily.
