Responsible for sales transformation and enablement, by driving speed to market, efficiency and collaboration of all sales data, tools and automation solutions. Duties include the cross functional coordination and integration of Global Sales, Operations, Finance, Engineering and Services tools and interfaces as it relates to the consolidation and communication of data. Optimize tools and applications with an enterprise architecture solution and infrastructure that supports our technical B2B market, product environment and global business objectives.

Major Responsibilities:
Solution Development & Delivery
Collaborate with outside consultants and IT developers to drive the development and implementation of Sales and Marketing, cloud based enterprise business solutions including:
Manage technical delivery team on a day to day basis and manage all technical risks and issues, including close liaison with all management levels, consultants and IT staff amongst others to manage and resolve issues
Training delivery
Implementation of redesigned reporting, planning and workflow processes
Security provisioning
Scripting and optimization
Application partitioning & scalability
Integration including platform and source data (Oracle Sales, Hyperion, Agile, EBS, SCM, OBIEE, Synergy, TeamForge, CRM, CPQ, Sales Force, CLM, Billing, DAMs, Qualtrics, Encore, Yii PHP Framework, Model-view-controller, etc)
Solutions Architecture & Design

Architect and design end-to-end solutions supporting business requirements.
Translates operational requirements into a technical infrastructure.
Design data flow and integration with source systems.
Secure input and buy-in on end-state solutions architecture from key stakeholders.
Requirements Analysis

Detailed understanding of client business requirement to define the conceptual structure and characteristics of CRM and CPQ proposal solutions to meet client needs.
Current state analysis and producing detailed functional and technical application design documentation.
Other duties or initiatives may be assigned as necessary by senior management.

Knowledge/Skill Requirements:
A minimum of 3 full life-cycle project implementations with large Fortune 500 companies desired.
Significant hands on functional and technical design and implementation experience with Oracle applications.
Advanced knowledge of custom development architectures for web-based and Oracle workflow management systems as well as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook.
Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, Essbase calc scripts, and data validation technics.
Knowledge of Salesforce platform and pre-built applications
Knowledge of IBM Tools (such as DOORs, MavenLink), Qualtrics, and internal web-based and/or HTML tools such as; SDO, P&L Uploader, Pricing Workflow Tool, and Encore
Knowledge of EPM platform technology architecture to advise competently on capability of maximizing business processes and efficiency.
Ability to design, modify, develop, write, analyze and implement EPM applications supporting sales, operations, marketing, proposal and financial planning, reporting, and analysis.
Experience with software development using full life-cycle (Analysis, Design, Development, Testing and Implementation).
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written with a high amount of interpersonal skills.
Ability to independently address a company system application need with user customers, cooperatively conceive a direction, and bring forth a recommended proposal for management review.
Ability to act as an effective systems project manager and a driving force in the creation of a system application.
Ability to strategically and analytically resolve challenges.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Ability to communicate to multiple levels of management for both internal and external customers.
Ability to prioritize, multi-task, manage and lead under pressure.

Education/Experience Requirements:
12 years of direct work experience in architecting, developing and supporting of EPM solutions.
7+ years experience in SQL, PL/SQL, OLAP, or Essbase calc scripts.
1 -3 years of business system analysis work in multiple areas including: CRM, Sales, Sales Forecasting, Sales Operations, Marketing, financial planning, business case development, operating plan development, pricing/proposal development, and cost management.

Other Requirements:
Domestic and International travel may be required (up to 10%)
