We are looking for a seasoned Imaging Producer/Account Manager with experience driving CGI, retouching and print production projects for industry leading global brands. Our two bay area offices are located in San Francisco and Cupertino.

Job Responsibilities
You will be responsible for managing image production and client relationships from creative handoff through global distribution. As the Producer, you will be the conduit between the client (Art Directors and Project Managers) and our production team while managing the process and their vision.

During daily color reviews, you will be responsible for marking up edits on proofs and engaging in collaborative conversations to produce world class imagery on aggressive timelines. As an SGK Producer you should have a strong creative eye backed by the production know-how in order to execute our clients creative process.

The SGK team - You will be supported by a robust team of CGI artists, retouchers, client coordinators, management and fellow producers carrying years of excellence in the deployment of some of the world’s most compelling marketing campaigns. As a Producer you will become the maestro of your projects, the point person for your client and be able to provide clear and concise direction to all internal and external stakeholders. You will be required to manage your own time effectively and be available based on client needs and project demands. During key launches there will be some long but rewarding days that are balanced with breaks in between projects.

Qualifications / Requirements
Education & Certifications

College degree (e.g. Bachelor of Arts) or equivalent degree within appropriate discipline such as Business, Graphic Arts, Marketing, Advertising, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key accountabilities of the job required.

Comfort in presenting/leading retouching and CGI reviews with creative teams.
Strong client services and relationship building skills.
A solution focused and confident problem solver.
Take ownership and full responsibility of projects.
Fortitude and the ability to remain calm and productive under pressure.
Ability to review and inspect/critique Adobe CS files.
Understanding of CGI and/or a desire to learn.
Exceptional eye for detail and a qualitative approach to image production based on the particular direction of the clients Art Directors.
Personal Interest in consumer electronics and mobile tech.
Demonstrated experience successfully managing client accounts in a Creative Design Agency (advertising, marketing, publishing, film), Market Research firm, or similar consulting environment.
Demonstrated experience leading relationships and helping clients develop and deploy marketing communications within one or more industries.
Experience meeting or exceeding sales targets with existing clients and a strong desire to grow new business preferred.

Additional Responsibilities:
Estimate creation, budget tracking and managing of invoices.

Strong understanding of the Company’s market and business environment and how it impacts business decisions.
Strong understanding of effective Creative Design practices, trends, techniques, and processes across various touchpoints or mediums (e.g. packaging, in-store, online, mobile, print, direct).

Demonstrated understanding of the assigned clients’ products and services.
Ability to lead and adapt to the requirements of various client accounts; very good client management skills.

Ability to make effective decisions in challenging situations and/or under pressure.

Ability to manage heavy workloads, prioritize work appropriately, and meet assigned deadlines; very good organizational and analytical skills (including attention to detail).
Strong presentation and communication skills (written, verbal).
Proficient computer skills (e.g. MS Office Suite).
Ability to travel to a variety of Bay Area client locations as needed.
